As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error. If there’s an issue, reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.
🚚 What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?
If your order arrives damaged please get in touch ASAP. We will require photo evidence and a dispute can be lodged with Aus Post.
