- Box + Contents – A ready-to-gift option, complete with a hand-selected mix of treats and essentials, beautifully presented and ready to delight.
- Box with contents includes: 1 box, 1 x tic tacs, 1 x lollipop, 1 x hubba bubba, 1 x chocolate bar, 5 x chocolate coins (all personalised to chosen theme and name)

Simply enter your personalised details (e.g., names, dates, or messages) in the customisation box before adding to your cart.

📦 How long does it take to make my order?
Our standard processing time is 3 business weeks, plus shipping. Need it sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout! Always check on our current turnaround time.We appreciate your patience in waiting for your order to be made.
⚡️ Can I get my order any sooner?
If you need a rush order you can contact us to see if it’s possible first.

🔄 Can I change my order after placing it?
We start processing quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best!
❌ Can I return or exchange my personalised item?
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error. If there’s an issue, reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.
🚚 What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?
If your order arrives damaged please get in touch ASAP. We will require photo evidence and a dispute can be lodged with Aus Post.
