Unfortunately the first one i received had missed the quality control but when i reached out about the issues i had, i immediately received a response to remake my order free of charge and without needing to sending the original back. Our standard processing time is 3 business weeks, plus shipping. Need it sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout! Always check on our current turnaround time.We appreciate your patience in waiting for your order to be made.

As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error. If there’s an issue, reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.
🚚 What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?
If your order arrives damaged please get in touch ASAP. We will require photo evidence and a dispute can be lodged with Aus Post.
